This recipe has everything I love. M&M’s, peanut butter, chocolate chips and list keeps going. It’s like taking all of your favorite cookies and combining them into one.

The only downside to this fabulous recipe is that it makes 25 dozen cookies. I’ve attempted to cut the recipe in the past and the cookies do not turn out as well. I would recommend making the full batch. They would be great for a baking day with a friend or the baked cookies also freeze well so you could eat the extra cookies later.

Here’s what you will need:

2 lbs brown sugar

1 lb margarine

4tbs syrup

3tbsp vanilla

42oz quick oatmeal

1 lb plain M & M’s

4 cups white sugar

1 dozen eggs

3 lbs crunchy peanut butter

2-16oz pkgs semi sweet chocolate chips.

Mix ingredients together, drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minute or until set @ 350 .
