			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This salad perfectly combines salty and sweet.  It can also be prepared using low fat alternatives for a more healthy snack<span id="more-40"></span></p>
<p>Here&#8217;s what you will need:</p>
<p>1 cup crushed pretzels</p>
<p>1 stick margarine</p>
<p>1/3 cup sugar</p>
<p>1 8oz package of cream cheese</p>
<p>1 8 oz carton of cool whip</p>
<p>1/2 cup sugar</p>
<p>1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)</p>
<p>Melt margarine, mix with pretzels and 1/3 cup sugar.  Bake in oven for 7 minutes @ 400.  Stir and set aside.  Cream 1/2 cup sugar and cream cheese.  Fold in cool whip, add pinapple.  Add pretzel mixture just before serving.</p>
<p>1 cup crushed pretzels</p>

<p>3 tbsp chives</p>
<p>3 tbsp anchovy past</p>
<p>3 tbsp tarragon vinegar</p>
<p>1 tbsp lemon juice</p>
<p>dash of freshly ground pepper</p>
<p>combine all ingredients.  Chill thoroughly.  Makes 2 cups.</p>
