I’m a huge fan of things that can be made quickly and without alot effort but still tastes great.  This is a wonderful easy cheesecake recipe.

What you will need

1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese softened

1/3 cup sugar

2 tsp vanilla

3 1/2 cups (8 oz) cool whip

1  6 oz gram cracker pie crust

assorted fresh fruit

Beat cheese sugar and vanilla until smooth.  Fold in whipped topping.  Spoon into crust.  Chill until set (about 4 hours).  Before serving arrange fresh fruit on top (optional)
