Easy Appetizer…Great for last minute entertaining..Spicy Sausage Balls
This is a great recipe to have around for last minute entertaining, office pitch ins, and family get togethers. They are easy to make, require few ingredients, and taste great.
Here’s what you will need:
1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
2 cups bisquick
10 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Mix the above together and roll into balls. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
IF you want to dress these up for entertaining, serve on platter with ketchup or honey mustard dipping sauces.
