Lemon Cheesecake? Yes, Please.

This easy cheese cake is fabulous. The lemon flavor gives it a little extra zip.

Here’s what you will need:
2 boxes lemon Jello
2 cups water
2 8 oz cream cheese
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 lg can pet milk
1 graham cracker crust

Mix Jello and hot water. Set aside.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Whip Milk. Add cream cheese mixture, jello and milk together. Mix well. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill
