Nothing is worse than realizing at the last minute that you need to prepare something for an office potluck or family get together.  If you are searching for a quick and easy appetizer recipe that’s perfect for any situation you should try this cheeseball.

Here’s what you need:

2 packages cream cheese (can be reduced fat if you choose)

green onions

1 package corned beef

mixing bowl

scissors

Begin by cutting the green onions and corned beef into small pieces into the mixing bowl.  You can do so with a knife and cutting board but to simply the process I use scissors. Once this is done I add the cream cheese to the bowl.  Mix it all together and roll into a ball.  This is one of the easiest things you will ever make and it tastes great!

 Serve on a serving platter with crackers.
