This Hashbrown Casserole makes the perfect pair with almost any meal. Adding cheese to potatoes, how could you go wrong?
Here’s what you will need:
2 cups sour cream (16 oz)
1/2 cup butter melted
1 large onion chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 teaspoons of salt
4 cups shredded cheese
4lbs frozen hashbrowns
2 cups crushed club or town house crackers
1/2 cup of butter melted
Melt 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter and stirn in soup, sour cream, cheese, onion and salt. Add Hash Browns and stir.
Spray large casserole dish with Pam. Add the mixture to the dish.
Melt 1 stick of Butter. Top Casserole with cracker crumbs. Pour Melted Butter over cracker crumbs. Cover dish with foil and bake for 1 hour @ 350. Uncover and bake 10-30 additional minutes or until crackers are browned.
